Hello Jeff ,
I apologise for not replying sooner .
Thank you very much for the great information you posted and I have downloaded the necessary file from that site .
Those cgi scripts do seem to be what I'm after and I've e-mailed my isp for information / permission to access the cgi-bin directories . I'm glad you pointed out the e-mail problem to me , I wasn't aware of that at all .

You're very welcome. I hope the script works with your ISP. If not, let me know and I can probably find one that will. You'll need to know whether your web site is hosted on UNIX or NT.
