A call from Sage Benado

This past Saturday, I had the pleasure of receiving a call from Sage Benado about my Steel Dream 2, and I can’t say enough about how impressed I was with both the product and his customer service. At 80 years old, learning something new isn’t always easy, but Sage made it an absolute joy. He has the patience of a saint and a genuine kindness that shines through in the way he teaches.
He spent nearly two hours walking me through every control of the pedal board, effect by effect, explaining things clearly and never rushing me. His depth of knowledge about the product is remarkable, but what stood out even more was how much he cares about making sure his customers truly understand and enjoy what they’ve purchased. We tried out multiple ways of hooking up my steel to the Steel Dream 2 and listened to the different results together. He tailored everything to what would work best for me and made the whole process exciting and fun.
By the end of our lesson, I had a head full of useful information and a big smile on my face. I never realized this pedal could do so many things, and now I feel confident using it. If you are thinking of buying a Steel Dream 2 – DON’T HESITATE! The product is fantastic, but what makes it even better is knowing that it comes with Sage’s incredible customer service and support. He doesn’t just sell you a pedal – he makes you feel like part of the family.
